Can I Place My Order Over the Phone? 

No, we do not accept any orders over the phone.  Every order must be input online, after creating an account.

When Will My Order Ship?

The store is open for a limited time each year. All items are custom embroidered or screen-printed per order. After the store closes, production begins, and please allow 6 to 8 weeks for your items to be completed and shipped. Shipping is a flat rate of $9.99 per order.

What is the Return Policy?

All apparel is custom embroidered to your specification upon order.  For this reason, we cannot accept returns. If you have a concern, please contact Heather Stephens at hstephens@rlk-inc.com or 636-205-5534 and she will address your concern on a case-by-case basis. We strive to provide the highest quality apparel and promo gear.  If we’ve missed a material defect from the mill, such as a hole or non-functioning zipper, or if your item has been misprinted or arrived damaged, please let us know. We’ll send a replacement at no charge to you.
